Baselining is done at the beginning of the program, adjusted to certain factors. Within initial 6 months, top down evaluation of the operations is completed and with expert involvement, ideas are signed-off. Then ideas are converted into solutions and implemented. The post-implementation results are regularly validated and presented to Top Management. To ensure sustenance of performance beyond the program horizon, people and process capabilities are developed.
